Private sessions
We discuss your history, comfort, experience, and goals, then move through a full-body assessment to identify how Pilates can best support you.
Your starting pointA specialized reformer and mat program created from what we learn and designed around your needs rather than a predetermined class format.
Personally designedBegin gently or build on an existing practice. Your sessions can be slower and supportive, more athletic and intense, or focused on a specific goal.
60 minutes
The equipment
Private sessions are supported by top of the line Merrithew equipment, including a professional reformer and stability chair. Every element is designed to provide smooth, precise resistance and allow your practice to be adjusted with care.
The reformer supports controlled full body movement, while the stability chair creates opportunities for focused strength, balance, mobility, and more advanced progression. Together, they allow your plan to remain varied, intentional, and entirely personal.
Your private method
Every stage is designed to help you feel informed, understood, and confident in the direction of your practice.
We begin with a focused conversation about what I offer, what has led you to explore Pilates, and any questions or concerns you may have. We discuss your background, previous movement experience, lifestyle, and what you would like to feel or change. If you do not yet know what your goals are, that is completely okay. We will begin identifying them together.
Your first studio appointment includes a comprehensive full body movement assessment. Through guided movement and careful observation, I consider posture, mobility, balance, coordination, control, breathing patterns, areas of strength, and places where additional support may be valuable. The purpose is to understand how your unique body moves, not to place you into a predetermined program.
We review what emerged from the assessment and connect those findings to your priorities. Together, we define realistic and meaningful goals. These may include building strength, improving flexibility, developing greater body awareness, moving with more confidence, progressing an existing practice, or simply creating a consistent space for movement in your life.
I prepare a detailed, individualized Pilates plan that identifies your starting point, recommended pace, primary areas of focus, and appropriate progression. We review the plan together and make sure it reflects exactly what you are looking for before moving forward. You remain an active participant in every decision about your practice.
We implement your plan through focused private sessions using the reformer, stability chair, and mat. Your movement and progress are observed closely throughout the process. As your strength, awareness, flexibility, or needs change, the plan can be adjusted. Nothing is fixed simply because it appeared in the original plan. Your experience continues to evolve with you.

Meet Jessika
I am a mat and reformer Pilates instructor trained in contemporary methods. My teaching combines the foundations of classical Pilates with contemporary movement and somatic principles, creating an experience that is structured, intuitive, and responsive to the person in front of me.
Pilates transformed my own life. That experience inspired a genuine passion for the practice and a desire to teach others how intentional movement can become a meaningful part of their lives.
My focus is helping clients develop strength, deepen their awareness of their body, maximize flexibility, and build confidence in how they move. I want to create a space where every client can bring movement into their life in a way that feels personal, sustainable, and empowering.
This experience may be for you if…
You’re new to Pilates and want to learn the foundations slowly, clearly, and with confidence.
You already move regularly and want greater intensity, precision, or progress toward a specific goal.
You want someone to understand how your whole body moves before deciding what your program should include.
You value detailed instruction, individual feedback, and an experience that can adapt as you develop.
